in stead of clapping hands or donating pizza i decided to visit a german hospital (Klinikum Aschaffenburg Alzenau) to shoot this documentation. doctors and nurses from the covid19 ward in full armour at the end of their working shift. keeping people alive is an exhausting challenge.

i am "the schitto", graphic designer, art director and photographer. i own a degree in visual communication from the university of applied sciences mannheim and got my hands on experience in filmmaking at nyfa in new york. after half a lifetime as a creative director in advertising with award winning campaigns for movies and art exhibitions, candy bars and sports cars i decided to leave the advertising world to devote myself entirely to photography. today i shoot portraits of young and old, beautiful and distinctive, popular and forgotten people. not to mention my soft spot for street photography, fashion, performing arts and food.
