Dreaming of Syria

David’s personal projects are visual narratives gathered over extended periods of time that confront issues of human rights, migration, refugees, conflict and identity. In 2013, David started work on a long-term project documenting the exploration of the everyday lives of Syrian refugees across the Middle East as their exile unfolds.  The recognition of his work has culminated in a number of photography awards such as the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize exhibition.
